Yes there is a meal plan. However, we are also going to spend time working on mindset and habit formation to make permanent changes in how you view food.
This program is designed for you to complete independently. You will have access to the weekly lessons and videos in the program portal. There are also worksheets, recipes, a shopping list, and more!
You can work with Ilyse one-on-one, enroll in her longer group coaching program, or continue via a monthly membership.
Absolutely NOT!!! I do not believe in calorie counting. You will learn everything you need to never think about calories again.
NO! This is a lifestyle plan. All of the food suggested are available at your local supermarket. If you prefer to shop at a health food store, you are welcome to do that.
